Our Head Chef, Shannon Richards, leads our dedicated team of chefs to bring you a modern style Italian menu using only the finest seasonal produce, our dishes are lovingly and freshly prepared, combining locally landed seafood, premium quality meats and New Forest vegetables along with the finest Mediterranean ingredients.
